Gareth Bale’s agent hints at probable exit from Real Madrid

The representative of Gareth Bale has suggested that his client has yet to resolve his future with Real Madrid. The Wales international has been in-and-out of the starting lineup at the Bernabeu over the past year and this has increased of him leaving the European champions despite the arrival of a new head coach.

In a report covered by the Manchester Evening News, agent Jonathan Barnett confirmed that Bale’s future remains unresolved with Los Blancos and only regular gametime could influence him to stay. Meanwhile, Barnett added that Bale is not looking into the financial side of the game and the Welshman only want assurances of regular gametime on the playing field

Gareth Bale hints about possible Real Madrid exit

Wales international Gareth Bale has hinted that he could be parting ways with Real Madrid during the summer transfer window. The 28-year-old has been restricted to limited gametime over the course of the campaign but he still managed to make the most crucial impact in the Champions League final on Saturday.

Real Madrid were level at 1-1 with Liverpool when the Welshman came on during the second half and within minutes, he managed to pull Los Blancos ahead after a stunning bicycle kick from a delightful Marcelo cross. The attacker thereafter remained a threat in the attack front and put Los Blancos out of sight in the 82nd minute after Loris Karius fumbled a long-range strike into his own net.

Duncan Castles: Manchester United definitely interested in Gareth Bale

Reputed journalist Duncan Castles has claimed that Manchester United are holding a genuine interest in signing Gareth Bale from European champions Real Madrid. The Red Devils were not able to discuss a transfer move for the Welshman last summer but Castles believes United could return for the attacker, should they receive the green light.

He said: “Manchester United are definitely interested [in Bale]. Mourinho tried to sign him last summer. Bale resisted and didn’t do anything to help or facilitate a move. If Real Madrid say yes to it, which they are likely to, and Bale says yes to it, which is undecided, Manchester United will need to redraw their transfer plans. They didn’t plan to sign an attacking player of his status.”

Chris Coleman: Gareth Bale Could Only Leave Real Madrid For A ‘Giant Club’

Former Wales head coach Chris Coleman believes Gareth Bale is clearly content with his stay at Real Madrid and he could only leave Los Blancos for another giant club in the future. The Wales international has spent close to five seasons with the reigning European champions but this has not cleared doubts over his long-term future at the club.

Ryan Giggs Defends Gareth Bale’s Performance In Uruguay Defeat

Wales manager Ryan Giggs defended the performance of Gareth Bale after he failed to make the difference during Monday’s friendly against Uruguay in the China Cup. The Real Madrid attacker bagged a hat-trick during the 6-0 thrashing of China in the earlier game, but he could not make a similar impression against Uruguay, who secured a 1-0 triumph.

Craig Bellamy In The Shortlist For The Welsh National Team Job

Craig Bellamy has been rumoured as one of the potential candidates for the vacant managerial job in the Welsh national team. The former Liverpool striker is not the only candidate, as he is expected to be interviewed along with the likes of Osian Roberts and Ryan Giggs. The latter has been the fans favourite to take over, but the former Manchester United winger claims that he is still not ready for the top-level job just yet. It remains to be seen if Craig Bellamy, who has largely been involved in punditry work since stepping down from his playing career in 2014, will be interested in such a big job.

Ryan Giggs Explains Aaron Ramsey’s Absence From Wales Squad

Wales manager Ryan Giggs has confirmed that Aaron Ramsey has not been picked as he is expected to undergo a minor medical procedure. The 27-year-old has been in-and-out of the starting lineup since the start of March with Arsene Wenger reluctant to put more pressure on the midfielder, who is said to be carrying a minor groin problem.

Ahead of his first squad selection for Wales, Giggs confirmed Ramsey’s absence from the lineup, but he is hoping to have Gareth Bale back in the squad for the first-time this term, he said: “It's just a small medical procedure that we feel, in this window, he can get done. Hopefully he can get through tonight [Thursday] and contribute to Arsenal.

Aaron Ramsey on the sidelines with minor groin strain

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey could reportedly miss the next couple of games for the Gunners after he sustained a minor groin strain. The Wales international picked up the injury prior to the north London defeat to Spurs, and it appears that his absence could be extended further.

Giggs Not Ready For Wales Managerial Role Just Yet

Wales icon Ryan Giggs says that he has not yet proven himself at the lower levels before taking on the big job. The former Manchester United winger has been linked with the vacant managerial job at Wales. Since the departure of Chris Coleman, Wales are yet to appoint a full-time manager. The national team have the luxury of taking their time over this decision, as they will not be involved in the World Cup 2018. After having done exceedingly well at the Euro 2016, it was an anti-climax for the national team to not reach the World Cup.

Giggs is easily one of the top Welsh players in the world. He has appeared in 963 times for the Red Devils over a career that spanned more than 20 years. In this period, he was able to win every title with his club team while he may not have been as successful with Wales. The likes of Gareth Bale can boast towards much better successes with the national team.
Yet, Giggs has the possibility to achieve this aim as a manager, as he has already shown the inclination towards becoming a manager in the future. After having learned the trade under of the best in the form of Sir Alex Ferguson, it would not be surprising to see Giggs in the dugout as the permanent manager. However, he reckons that the Wales job is too big at the moment.

Aaron Ramsey deemed fit for the Everton game

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has confirmed that Aaron Ramsey has returned to full fitness prior to Sunday's Premier League outing versus Everton. The Wales international missed last weekend's 2-1 defeat to Watford after Arsene Wenger rested him for what he termed as fatigue.

Prior to the Everton clash, Wenger revealed that the likes of Aaron Ramsey, Alexis Sanchez and Laurent Koscielny are back in contention, with the latter having recovered from a minor muscular problem sustained during the Hornets loss last weekend.
